Midas

David has always been super helpful when my car has had issues. This time I needed brakes and they gave me the best price by far! I also appreciate that they keep such a clean and organized shop!

Came in here once before for an oil change and my experience was phenomenal. It seemed like a place with very honest people who aren’t just trying to make a sale. Went in for an oil change today because I liked the service previously. The service was very different. Did not feel honest at all. Went to check out and was told “right shock is leaking, you need new shocks.” I told them I actually just replaced my rear shocks a week ago in Louisiana. The guy told me “well our shocks have a life time warranty” did not feel like customer care at all. Just felt like wanting to make a sale. I asked for a picture of the issue which they didn’t have. If there was an actual issue I would have appreciated being able to go put my eyes on the problem or at least a photo. My oil change was done under an hour which is nice, I would have just appreciated a more honest environment. I also used a 49.99 oil change and tire rotation coupon from the website and they didnt rotate my tires or even ask if I wanted them rotated. Not sure what is different from the beginning of the year but it definitely doesn’t feel like they care about what’s right for the customer.

So far, my experience with Midas has been positive. The staff has been professional, courteous, and communicative throughout the repair process. They have kept me informed and answered my questions. My vehicle is still being serviced, but based on my experience so far, customer service has been excellent.

Very happy with Midas today. Mr. Josh communicated from the moment I walked in until I picked up. They fixed what I asked and went beyond that and fixed an issue they heard when I pulled in. Absolutely satisfied with the service I received. Now a days it’s hard to find a trust worthy person who wants to help. Thank you Josh and The Midas team. See you soon with my next vehicle.

Great service! David really knows his stuff and is a good guy. His shop staff did a great job in a short time. Give it a chance and I'm sure your experience will be a good one too!
